Heating up high school education.

When River Falls High School needed to modernize their heating system, Mulcahy collaborated with Harris Company to expertly replace six aging firetube boilers without interrupting the school’s educational environment. Although the project initially specified Aerco equipment, Mulcahy arranged a strategic meeting with school administrators where their team convincingly demonstrated how Lochinvar’s dual-fuel technology would better maintain consistent comfort for students and teachers throughout Wisconsin’s demanding winters. Working together in the challenging mechanical space, Mulcahy and Harris Company engineered an innovative installation approach with three pairs of zero-clearance units precisely configured to maximize the limited available area. Following installation, Mulcahy technicians set up the ConXus remote monitoring system, enabling both maintenance personnel and our specialists to continuously optimize performance parameters and address potential issues before they could impact classroom learning conditions.
